Cancellation / Refund Policy
The course and the robot kits are available for purchase against a payment or by subscriptions mode through online. If you have made an unexpected purchase or wish to cancel your
order/subscription before the final approval, please contact us on support@aytasrobotic.com for further assistance.
Cancellation Policy
A) Course
You have to cancel the order before final approval from course manager, 3 calendar days to cancel the same from the date of payment.
B) Kit
You have to cancel or replace the order with in the final approval from coordinator, 2 calendar days to cancel or replace the same from the date of order / received.
Refund
If your cancellation is approved by our concern department, our account department will initiate the sanctioned amount to your credit card or your linked bank account. You will get the refund amount depending upon your card issuer’s / bank policies.
